ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
STEP 1. Register in the Admission Portal using parent’s details
STEP 2. Fill-out the online application form
Please make sure to fill-in your child’s correct details.
STEP 3. Upload requirements in the portal
Please note that the parent questionnaire and recommendation forms may be downloaded from the portal.
STEP 4. Pay the admission fee
₱600.00 must be paid online or via Cashier as an application fee. Upload your proof of payment in the admission portal.
STEP 5. Take the assessment on your selected schedule
Once payment has been verified, select your preferred schedule for the testing and interview date.
STEP 6. Wait for the result to be posted in the portal
A PDF copy of your result will be posted in your admission portal within 7 working days.
